§How we verify

the method, in detail

A coupon aggregator is only worth as much as its verification. This page is our contract with you: what we check, how, how often, and what happens when something stops working.

i · Checked against the source, not harvested

Every offer is checked against its official source: the store’s website or terms, the programme’s terms or, for referrals, the app itself. We check the amount or percentage, the minimum purchase, who can use it and until when. When a code can be tried without buying, we try it at checkout. To read the sources we use tools, including AI assistants, but none of them publishes an offer or sets its verification date on its own: a person authorises it and answers for what is published. We do not publish codes harvested from other websites. If the source is ambiguous or cannot be read, the offer is not published.

ii · A date and evidence on every line

Every offer carries a “✓ verified” stamp with the date of the last check. For public promotions the evidence is within your reach: the link to the official source, visible on the store page itself, so you can check the information yourself without having to trust us. For referrals, whose conditions can only be seen in the app, the check is ours and we do not publish it as a screenshot: what is public is the date, and it is the real date of the day it was checked, not the date of the site’s latest deployment.

iii · Continuous re-verification

These are the deadlines we set ourselves. We do not promise that no page will ever miss them: we promise that, if one does, you will see it — the date on each offer is the real one, and an old date stays old in plain sight until we re-check it.

  • Coupons and promotions: an objective re-check every 14 days.
  • Referral programmes: every 7 days, because their conditions change without notice.
  • Anything with no published end date does not expire by the calendar: it stays listed for as long as its source does not say otherwise. We do not put an artificial clock on it — but its verification date remains in view, and if it has gone a long time without being re-checked, it shows.
  • Day-and-time promotions (the “Wednesday at 50%”): the status you see (“NOW”, “back on Thursday”) is calculated in your browser using the real time in Madrid; it is not fixed text.

iv · What expires is archived, not disguised

When an offer expires, it moves to the archive the same day, because the site is rebuilt daily. If it stops working before its date, we withdraw it as soon as we confirm it. We never show as current something that is not, and we never use countdowns or fake counters: the unfair competition law (ley de competencia desleal) prohibits it and, above all, breaking your trust does not pay — it is the only thing we have. And when we withdraw a promotion for any other reason — terms that forbid sharing it, a source that no longer backs it — we say so on the withdrawn promotions page, with the quotation and the date.

v · Why you can believe it

We do not charge a commission from any store and we do not take part in affiliate networks, so we gain nothing from keeping a dead code alive. The only paid links are our personal referrals, always grouped under “House referrals” (Referidos de la casa) and labelled #referido — see transparency.
